There's a lot to do in order to get a mortgage. You wouldn't be looking up loan information if you could get a mortgage loan in one day with a simple application. We do most of the heavy lifting for you, so you can concentrate on what's important — preparing to move into your new home or saving money.

Getting a loan involves four major milestones.

Step one: determine how much you can borrow

This is a function of a couple things. What kind of monthly payment are you looking for? What is the maximum you can borrow from a lender, given your income and credit history? You can get a good idea of your preferred payment amount using the calculators on our website. We'll also help you through different scenarios by asking a few simple questions. Because lender guidelines are fairly standard, we can give you a good idea of how much you can borrow after a short conversation.

Step two: complete a pre-qualification

This is where the rubber meets the road and Alpine Mortgage Planning can really save you money. You will provide info on your employment, your assets, and residence history. You'll provide your employment, asset, and residence history information. We run your credit score and report. After we've reviewed the provided information, we'll provide a pre-qualification letter. With this letter, your REALTOR® will negotiate the best deal for your new home. While you're shopping for the home that's right for you, we are looking for the best loan for you.

Step three: apply for your loan

After you've signed an offer and the sellers have accepted, it's time to apply for the loan. Applying for your loan could not be much easier; you can apply from the comfort of your home right here on our site. When the time is right, we'll order an appraisal of your new home.

Step four: your loan is funded

The agents will find a title company to handle the "funding" of the loan and closing of the sale. We'll coordinate with this company to make sure the papers your lender requires are in order, and you'll probably}likely sign all these papers at their officeWe do all the work to coordinate with the title company to set your date of closing. Since you don't need to coordinate this process, you can think about moving, if you're going to repaint, new carpet, and all the details of moving into your new house.

You've answered some few questions, given us lots of information, applied , and before you know it, you are moving in! Alpine Mortgage Planning is a mortgage specialist; you're not — so we take care of the details. Makes sense, doesn't it??
