Eastside Costa Mesa, Orange County California.  I had the pleasure of sitting in on a broker preview open house on Friday.  The new listing was being presented by Mike Kennedy of Hom Realty.  On the 300 block of Esther in Costa Mesa the home is being listed at $1.1 million.  What an eye opener.  I anticipated a slow showing.  Anything but.  Agents, well over 50, came through in the final 2 hours alone.  It turns out, that there just are not very many quality listings on the East Side right now.  I was able to discuss the current market with several agents and heard the same thing from most all of them.  If you have a quality home with a realistic price, there is still a market for you.
